I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a quiet and safe area on the outskirts of London. The location was perfect for attending events at Wembley Stadium, just a short walk from the nearby Underground Station. The hotel itself is situated in a residential area, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, as the room had an excellent shower and a large, comfy bed. The breakfast served at the hotel was also delicious and offered a great selection of options.
All in all, everything was good.

The breakfast staff were very alert, always one step ahead of you and very happy to help this along with with a well catered breakfast with fresh cooked food replenished every few mins a really enjoyable start to the morning
The hotel rooms need a serious update although they were respectably clean the rooms just seemed very tired compared to the airy downstairs areas

Access to rooms from reception very difficult. Struggle carrying heavy luggage up steep stairs along narrow corridor through door needing key access card. In room access to bathroom up steep step through narrow door. Hotel certainly not suitable for people with disabilities even of a relatively minor nature.

The location was convenient for Christmas shopping and sightseeing. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the continental breakfast was satisfactory.
The heating system was terrible, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. the shared facilities were outdated and in need of an update.

To be honest it was not my first choice! I had to change my booking from a Premier Inn close to Wembley Stadium where we attending a concert, and they were not able to accommodate all three adults in one room. The Comfort Hotel was a late second choice. I can say that we considered it 'adequate' for our needs, but would not return out of choice. In some areas it needs seriously updating but the room was clean and suited our purpose for one night only

excellent location for concerts at Wembley Arena, only 2 stops away on the metropolitan line and really close to Northwick Park station clean rooms, comfy beds and quiet.
the shower didn't work properly as the bath and shower water kept coming on at the same time and the taps on the sink both had hot water in them (strange!) but not a problem with the hotel room itself

Location excellent, 10 mins walk from Tube and 15 mins from Tube/Overground. Hotel is a very quiet area All staff very friendly and helpful Excellent location if visiting Wembley Arena/Stadium
Some carpets a bit scruffy, had a hole in the carpet in the bedroom and carpets dirty by back entrance. Other than that all ok.
